1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GapSeat application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

GapSeat is a third-party application that:

  • Analyzes publicly available train chart data
  • Identifies potential vacant seats between stations
  • Provides seat availability suggestions to users
  • Does NOT book tickets or interact with IRCTC systems

3. No Affiliation Disclaimer

GapSeat is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to:

  • Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC)
  • Indian Railways
  • Ministry of Railways, Government of India
  • Any official railway booking service

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information:

  • Seat availability data may be delayed or outdated
  • Results are based on publicly available information only
  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of results
  • Users should always verify information through official IRCTC channels
  • Seat availability can change at any time without notice

5. User Responsibilities

By using GapSeat, you agree to:

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our App
  • We are not responsible for missed trains, booking failures, or travel disruptions
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the App (if any)

8. Advertisements

The App may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
